Guess who is building ANOTHER pipeline the will be sending gas to a terminal (guess where that will be built) on our coast and guess where most of the profits will go, while guess who will deal with the environmental consequences of fracking and burning fossil fuel!

Ontario, under Ford, just passed Bill 5 into law. Thank god I live in Toronto, because the fucking OPP (which is so deep in Ford's pocket the *RCMP* is investigating him, which is unprecedented) now has the right to enter private property without a warrant and without being in hot pursuit. Also now the government can just take your property from you if they want to develop it into something else, without compensation - and without recourse.

I trust Carney has no aspirations to become leader of the USA and Canada combined in either configuration. Our history and culture are at too greatly at odds, and they vastly outnumber us. I'd rather be dead, frankly, and my daughter and grandson have been living in the US for over two decades now. But hopefully you weren't actually serious and I can climb down from the ceiling now.
