The appeals process is convoluted and wrong. Pay the fucking money you owe, then if you want to appeal, you can hope to be reimbursed. But, to abuse the system the way Shitler is doing and never EVER pay a dime reinforces the fact that there is no justice in the American legal system. To top it off, we have the Corrupt Supreme 6, ready to justify any illegal action our insane conman President undertakes.
