The US isn’t my country but any national monument or national historical site defiled by the US presidential motorcade is itself a criminal act.

It was a no-bid contract, and apparently, the contractor has had issues before. Also, the motorcade only explains a fraction of the damage.
Dave Hearn says he was examining the flaking paint. He had his hand on it, and he was laying outside the pool. That wasn't caused by a vehicle.
