WHY is everyone throwing the pool people under the bus when the treads of the motorcade are visible in the wreckage at the bottom of the pool?
Once the motorcade broke the seal with it's weight the damage would have radiated out as water seeped in and travelled up. Not saying that the paint job was perfect but no paint job would have withstood that kind of abuse.
It isn't that kind of coating. Polyurea is sprayed or rolled on like paint. If damage broke the seal, the underlying concrete would be exposed, and you'd need to repair before that local area could degrade.
A pool that size, you couldn't use a single-piece seal. It would be destroyed in the first major storm.

I don't think it has been dismissed yet. I found the government's motion to dismiss, but I can't find a response or a ruling.
