I would say this is par for the course, Donald’s course, while Donald has been tampering with the American courts to enable and justify his actions, it only makes sense that he sticks to the road and go after the ICC. I do not find it amusing that the US which refused to ratify the Rome Statute is now intent on dismantling same. As the world economic power and the purported beacon of democracy, the US continually influences world bodies, then drops their involvement in same when it no longer suits their interests.
Since they do not recognize the Court, then simply ignore it. And Mr. Rubio can add this effort to his shame folder.

Holding the convicted felon/adjugated rapist and his gang of non-qualified fools are the ultimate cause that until controlled will “mean the death of the U.S. as a sovereign and independent nation.” It is way too bad that the only means of having control of this group of thieves is through such as the global justice system, including international tribunals for the likes of Nuremberg and others.... or, and a major second will be a huge voter turnout in the November election. Whatever you think about the fiasco described in this article about trumpy and friends panicking over war crimes, be preparing yourselves and every friend, neighbor and family member eligible to vote to do that; VOTE.
