Well that just made my day. Can't wait to see the fallout from this. Humiliation or humiliation seem to be his only choices. That said I'll bet good money he's gonna pick up his toys and walk away refusing to play by the rules.

If he opts to abandon his case, I hope they counter-sue for damages, and maintain their discovery demands.

Well done, call a bully out and they cave, like the child they are. Hey, donnie you should have picked on someone your own size, small and afraid, like you.

The Board should fight Trump's inevitable Motion to Dismiss, and countersue for Malicious Prosecution and Abuse of Process. His is just a SLAPP suit.

If he sues anyone for defamation regarding the EpStain files, they are subject to complete disclosure.

If Trump proves the Pulitzer committee destroyed or severely damaged his reputation, he largely destroys his claim against the Beeb for 10 billion.

How much of a reputation could he have rebuilt between 2018 to 2022? He’ll have to prove it in sworn testimony with no immunity.

The Beebs lawyers will be studying every Pulitzer move, repeating the successful and adding new ones.

Post January 2029 Trump’s going to be in continuous demand for depositions or on witness stands.
