SCOTUS Issues Stunning Rebuke to MAGA Conspirators
'Lock Them Up!' Echoes Throughout Local Prosecutor Offices
It's about fucking time.
SCOTUS’s November 12 rejection of Mark Meadows’ desperate attempt to move his Fulton County criminal case to federal court is a seismic signal to Trump’s cronies and anyone still clinging to MAGA conspiracies.
Meadows hoped to cloak his scheme to overturn democracy as an “official duty,” but the United States Supreme Court dismissed this flimsy defense without so much as a nod of validation.
It’s a direct message: If you tried to undermine this nation for Trump, don’t expect a sympathetic ear from the judiciary.
This blow isn’t just for Meadows; it spells doom for the likes of Jeffrey Clark and other co-defendants in Fulton County and beyond. Clark, also looking for a federal escape hatch, was told his “get-out-of-state-court-free card” didn’t apply.
His schemes bore no resemblance to actual federal duties, and the courts didn’t flinch when they exposed that lie.
The significance of these decisions hits like a hammer for MAGA loyalists caught in state nets across Arizona, Michigan, and other battleground states.
No, these aren’t witch hunts; these are the consequences of plotting against the democratic process.
Trump Crime Family cries for “immunity” fall flat when you realize these officials weren’t acting for the people or the federal government but for one man’s ego and ambitions.
And the court is equally unmoved for those January 6 defendants who still cling to fantasies of righteous rebellion.
The high court’s recent rejection of a Jan. 6 defendant’s appeal to reverse his conviction for “parading” in the Capitol shatters the idea that their actions were heroic.
SCOTUS effectively told them, “The Capitol isn’t your playground” – it’s the heart of American democracy, not a venue for your delusional grievances.
While SCOTUS may appear to lean Trump’s way on certain issues, the message is clear: there’s little to no patience left for MAGA’s legal games.
