Hi! The Goods Unite Us app is good too! Calling reps, engaging peacefully in protests, and watching who gets your money are superpowers! Oh and laughing at all Gov Newsom’s hilarious posts!
The AFL CIO protest has a slight slant towards worker's rights, while the MayDay protest leans more into civilian rights. Each speaks out against the Trump Regime.
Both have marches and rallies, while the AFL CIO is also hosting picnics and parades. They each share some of the same local events. Why not attend both?

Uh what?? Microsoft is not fighting for me. They are involved in genocide in gaza and have been systematically trying to undermine the free software movement for decades. Your list is bunk.
Good to hear this about Apple. I've had Macs since 2008, after having had to send back Dells three times (all from a single attempted purchase of one machine) and getting frustrated with PCs in general. I don't love everything about it and customer service/tech support varies in quality. When it comes to replacing my current dying one, I know it will be with another because I just don't think I can learn a new system all over again. This makes me feel a little better about that, thanks.
He did say you can't go with "purity" all the time, and that's true of most places. Not saying you should overlook something that really matters to you, but just about no company or no person is going to be 100% exactly what we'd like it/them to be. That's one of the reasons we're this far into a dictatorship: people refused to vote at all because Kamala's view weren't "perfect."
Again, not saying to go against your views, just something to think about.
There is an app called Goods Unite Us, which tells to which party they donate. Very helpful, also.
I love the idea of positive use of one’s money; let’s support businesses with ethics. It pays off for the consumer AND the employees.

Not so sure about Costco that refused to carry abortion medication.

Just heard that Costco is removing the abortion pill to placate the RepubliCons. That is a problem.
