From what I understand, turning this back will no different than trying to reverse Roe vs Wade. Neither will happen until there is a proper balance of Supreme Court justices…and that will take some time. And then there are the state level justices. What a mess.

Wow. This is an insanely elementary statistics error. In fact, it's so stupid you have no choice but to assume this was done in bad faith. Surely a supreme court justice and the doj statisticians can't be this stupid

Doesn’t the Supreme Court do RESEARCH ? Seriously…if not, then why do they sit on cases as long as they do?

By definition minorities cannot participate equally with the majorities. Participation percentages may fall within a similar percentile but numerically they are still out voted. Representation of lawmakers according to demographics may be a better indicator but could still fall short of justice.
