Sound advice. I nearly had a breakdown in 2025. Each of us can only do so much. Focus on what you can do as prescribed here, and the rest will fall into place.
I would add that we should try not to burn bridges. I did some of that already. But, with people I’ve loved and liked for many years, I still hold out hope that they will see the light. And they will need people to show them the way, because the ones that have misled them won’t give up easily. The cake is starting to crumble and many are waking up to the fact that it was a shit pie all along.
