Toddler Temper Tantrum: Diaper Don's Latest Meltdown
Deranged Florida Man Comes Unhinged
In a move that surprised absolutely no one, Donald Trump took to his social media platform in the wee hours of the morning to unleash a tirade of unhinged posts following the release of Special Counsel Jack Smith's damning report.
The posts, timestamped at 1:41 a.m. and 1:52 a.m., were classic Trump: a mix of conspiracy theories, baseless accusations, and a healthy dose of self-aggrandizement. If there’s one thing Trump has mastered, it’s the art of turning a bad day into a public spectacle.
The Late Night Meltdown
Trump’s first post, dripping with his signature blend of paranoia and bravado, accused Special Counsel Jack Smith of being a "lamebrain prosecutor" who failed to prosecute him before the election.
He then pivoted to his favorite pastime: attacking the "Unselect Committee" and claiming they "ILLEGALLY DESTROYED AND DELETED" evidence that would have exonerated him.
Of course, no evidence of this alleged destruction exists, but when has that ever stopped Trump?
In his second post, Trump doubled down, accusing Smith of releasing his "Fake findings" at 1:00 a.m. (ironically, Trump himself seems to favor this time for his rants).
He also repeated the claim that the January 6th Committee destroyed evidence, a claim that has been debunked more times than Trump has declared bankruptcy.
And because no Trump rant is complete without a MAGA rallying cry, he ended with a third post two minutes later, declaring, "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"—a phrase that now feels more like a punchline than a slogan.
A Hail Mary That Failed Spectacularly
Trump’s late-night meltdown wasn’t just a reaction to the report—it was also the culmination of a desperate, last-minute legal maneuver to block its release.
Hours before the report was made public, Trump’s legal team filed a motion with Judge Aileen Cannon, the same judge who previously showed her bias by falsely claiming Jack Smith was illegally appointed as Special Counsel.
Cannon had previously issued an order temporarily blocking the report’s release, but it expired at midnight.
The Department of Justice wasted no time, releasing the report shortly after the clock struck twelve, likely to prevent Trump from running to the Supreme Court for yet another delay.
This wasn’t just a legal defeat for Trump but a strategic humiliation. His team had hoped to run out the clock, delaying the report’s release until January 20, when Trump reassumes office and could direct the DOJ to destroy it.
But alas, the DOJ outmaneuvered him, leaving Trump to stew in his Mar-a-Lago lair, furiously typing away on his phone.
The Voters Have Spoken? Not So Fast
One of the most laughable parts of Trump’s meltdown was his claim that "THE VOTERS HAVE SPOKEN!!!" as if winning an election somehow absolves him of criminality.
Newsflash, Donnie: voters don’t determine guilt or innocence in a criminal proceeding. What they do determine is their willingness to overlook corruption, which, in Trump’s case, seems to be a lot.
But let’s not confuse a political victory with a legal one—especially when the report lays out in excruciating detail the lengths Trump went to in his attempt to subvert democracy.
A Report That Hits Hard
The report itself is a scathing indictment of Trump’s actions, detailing his efforts to pressure state officials, orchestrate a fraudulent elector scheme, and incite the January 6th attack on the Capitol.
It also highlights his repeated use of disinformation—something he ironically demonstrated in real-time with his posts.
The report accuses Trump of knowingly spreading false claims of election fraud with criminal intent, a point that his late-night rants only seem to reinforce.
The Clock Runs Out
Trump’s legal team had hoped to delay the report’s release until after his inauguration, banking on the idea that he could then bury it.
But the DOJ’s swift release ensured that the public—and history—now have access to the damning details of his actions.
Trump’s posts, far from refuting the report, only serve to underscore its findings: that he is a man willing to spread lies and sow chaos to protect his own interests.
The Bottom Line
Trump’s midnight meltdown is a fitting response to a report that lays bare his attempts to undermine democracy.
It’s also a reminder that, for all his bluster, Trump is a man increasingly cornered by the truth.
As the DOJ’s report circulates and the public digests its findings, one thing is clear: Trump may have won the election, but he’s losing the battle for credibility. And no amount of late-night social media rants can change that.

While I'm sure the report is a masterpiece, I think we can all agree that it will not make a damn bit of difference to any of his lunatic supporters..
The report demonstrates Trump is not a legitimate president, as in the rest of his life he has lied, cheated and bluffed his way to office. The shine of the presidency will never be the same for him. When you look at him from now on. Millions will all know that he is the FAKE. Thanks Jack, thanks very, very much.
