Though women were made full equal members of our Republic the day it was formed, and they became fellow republican-democrats with men 11 years, 11 months, & 7 days later when our Constitution was ratified (June 21, 1788), representation among our public servants in Government has not kept with the times. This is how we change that:
I was ready to post a series of articles about Kash Potel's hearing on September 16th and 17th and something was said about a September 15th meeting that made me wonder what it meant.
Now after reading about trumps "fortress", I believe he was laying the groundwork for the future.
On September 15, 2025, there was no formal congressional hearing for FBI Director Kash Patel. Instead, his major oversight hearings began the following day.
However, September 15 was significant for the following related events:
White House Activity: While Patel was preparing for his testimony, President Trump was at the White House signing a memorandum on Monday, September 15.
Senate Session on Nominations: The U.S. Senate held a session where they approved a resolution to consider 48 presidential nominations en bloc, a procedural change designed to speed up the confirmation of the president’s picks.
It didn't say if it was just Republican Senators but I imagine it was since I cannot imagine that any Democrats were at that meeting and kept the public in the dark.
Please tell me if my reasoning is wrong.
I'll be 86 in February in poor health, handicapped, so my daughter will not leave the country because of me, but she promised to leave after the good Lord takes me home. I hope she gets out in time if what looks like the future holds come true.
Hang in there! I tend towards pessimism and I’m hopeful. I feel the same way about the ballroom and those beautiful oak trees he destroyed. So awful. So many people suffering because of him. But I think there is good news coming in the next few months. Not sure what, but I’m old enough to recognize the feeling
I'm hanging in by my fingernails at this point. Many times a day I have to walk away from what is going on and lay down with a book (a novel) that isn't real life, for an hour or two.
Ill be 86 next month and saw a lot of presidents come and go, many I liked and some weren't too bad. but never one as cruel and destructive as the one squatting in our Oval Office.
The good news is it will take longer to build his martial law bunker than he has left, if the signs of his poor health are what we think they are. He will not be in any kind of shape (if he’s alive) in ‘28 to steal another election.
I hope I’m thinking realistically here, but cults don’t usually hand off to a successor without a serious hit to the numbers. The magats won’t riot for anyone else, and that fear is what has scared so many Rs into compliance. They are already turning on each other. Everyone hates Vance.
Everyone. It’s slow but I think there is an awakening🤞🏼
Thank you for putting your words in my head. I needed to hear them.
I celebrate every little victory we gain, like Canada rescuing Greenland from Trump, but on the other hand, every news item about his and his ungodly administration brings me down and I get discouraged and depressed all over again.
You remind me of my aunt and mother. They’ve lived thru so much and to get to this point is depressing. I do the same thing with reading or cooking. I’m currently in the first season of downton abbey. Only soothing media after the sadness because of this regime
I didn't know about him living in Las Vegas so thanks for the information.
I did sonme digging and found this article on Michael Muldoon.
Trump FBI pick Kash Patel’s Vegas home belongs to timeshare tycoon accused of shady practices
If Patel is confirmed, GOP megadonor accused of “bait-and-switch” vacation rental schemes could have a close associate at the highest levels of law enforcement.
Muldoon actually holds property in Las Vegas. County records and Google Maps disclose his stuccoed abode in the guard-gated community of Spanish Trail — a brilliant emerald patch in the desert metropolis’ sand-colored sprawl. Billing itself as “the area’s premier upscale private residential community,” Spanish Trail is attached to an exclusive country club of the same name, with tennis courts, a fitness center and a 27-hole golf course that comes right up to Muldoon’s backyard.
It was from this address that Muldoon donated $50,000 to the Ted Cruz Victory Fund in May 2024, $15,000 into committees affiliated with West Virginia Gov.-elect Patrick Morrissey that February, and $50,000 to the Republican National Committee in August 2023, according to Federal Election Commission filings.
But public records reveal something more: Muldoon doesn’t live there alone. Voter files show that Kash Patel, the conspiracy-theorizing Donald Trump loyalist that the president has nominated to lead the FBI, has been registered at the address since January 2022. Just weeks after Muldoon cut his check to Cruz’s leadership PAC, the North Carolina and Nevada state Republican parties transferred funds to Patel at the timeshare tycoon’s Spanish Trail address, marking the fifth such disbursement he received at Muldoon’s home in as many months.
What’s more, Clark County Election Department records show that Patel cast mail ballots from Muldoon’s luxury residence in the presidential primary in February 2024, the state and federal primaries that June, and then in the November general election.
“I am proud to call Las Vegas my home,” Patel boasted at a Trump campaign event in the city last September, where Trump foreign policy envoy Ric Grenell even suggested Patel might someday serve as one of Nevada’s U.S. senators. “I moved out here after our administration ended. You all have welcomed me with open arms, and I cannot thank you enough.”
There’s no record of Patel residing anyplace in Las Vegas except with Muldoon.

JHC It's unbelievable that voters don't do their homework and find out all they can about all the candidates on a ballot, because I do!
No surprise that he fully intends to continue his oligarchy in the Putin manner. That his why we must force his hand by an overwhelming defeat of his supporters in 2026 followed by replacing the GOP leadership in the House and Senate followed immediately by bills of impeachment directed at both Trump and Vance followed by trials in the Senate. The result of convictions would be to install the Speaker of the House as the President per the succession list. The new President could then remove any remaining Trump appointees.
@ Kilroy I would add to your comment that after the removal of trump and his appointees, the removal by impeachment of the seven unholy, un-American, un-democracy, who were bought and paid for by the uber-wealthy Supreme Court
All of this and $45 billion to Argentina we don’t have any fucking healthcare educational system new roads bridges nothing just $34 trillion in debt and the interest a cruise maybe we really are suckers and losers sadistic bastard we are
He’s an idiot! As the US Army rolled into cities in Germany, there were German troops who attempted to hold out in very thick old buildings. We just brought up 155 mm mobile artillery pieces, fired a couple shots through the walls, and 500 Germans surrendered. Good lock with that fortress asshole!
Drone proof? I’d say it’s a bunker.
It is a very scary time.

It won’t be him it will be his overlords.
That's true. Amy. But unless we can stop those that will take his place, and do something about SCOTUS, I fear for our nation's future.
I get sick and teary-eyed whenever I think of his destruction of the East Wing.

I agree 100%
The unsettling part isn’t the paranoia, it’s how calmly this all fits the pattern.
When leaders start designing spaces that assume siege instead of transfer, they’re telling you what they expect from the people.
Ballrooms don’t need bulletproof glass. Fortresses do.
So disheartening for those who love the USA.
Every builder and architect should stay far away from that project.
He sounds like the next inauguration will be for him.

More likely, it's an underground bunker and AI data center. https://substack.com/@thedreydossier/note/p-181700087?r=36f46u
can we start calling it a mausoleum 🪦🍸
Or a massage parlor…
Yes, but 👑🍊💩 has to come out sometime.
