Well, well, well. Look who just got his ass handed to him by the Supreme Court!
Donald Trump and his Republican accomplices tried to throw California’s election into chaos by forcing the state to set aside ballots associated with roughly 20,000 registered voters supposedly suspected of being noncitizens.
There was just one teeny-tiny problem: The government’s evidence was riddled with questions, and the courts weren’t buying its bullshit.
After losing in the lower courts, Trump’s Justice Department went running to the Supreme Court, presumably expecting a last-minute rescue from the conservative justices.
Instead, the Court delivered a one-sentence rejection. No explanation. No noted dissents.
OUCH!

Marc Elias Celebrates a Spectacular Humiliation
Prominent voting rights attorney Marc Elias, whose firm represents parties opposing the administration, wasted no time celebrating Trump’s latest legal humiliation.
NOTE: SCOTUS denied DOJ’s application about the California election without even asking for us to respond. And it was referred to the full Court. Not a single Justice noted a dissent.
This is unprecedented. DOJ is now being treated like Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani. [emphasis added]
The president’s lawyers told SCOTUS that there’s a huge emergency and the Court just shrugged and said “nah” without even hearing from the other side.
This is how far this DOJ has fallen under Todd Blanche in the eyes of the courts.

Déjà Vu: Trump’s 2020 Election Lawsuit Disaster
Remember when Trump and his allies piled up more than 60 court defeats trying to overturn the 2020 election?
Well, the Orange Emperor appears to be dusting off the same losing playbook.
And this latest defeat is an encouraging indication that his election-related legal crusades may get no further in 2026 than they did in 2020.
The Supreme Court’s rejection was an emergency ruling, not a final judgment on the underlying lawsuit. But three successive courts have now rejected the administration’s demand for emergency relief in this dispute.
As constitutional lawyer Norm Eisen so magnificently observed:
The justices couldn’t have been less interested.
That’s gotta sting!

A Glorious Victory for Voting Rights
This is more than another humiliating defeat for Trump and his GOP enablers. It’s a victory for the rule of law, election integrity, and every eligible American’s right to vote without arbitrary government interference.
Trump tried to turn unsubstantiated suspicions into an eleventh-hour assault on California’s election procedures.
The courts refused to play along.
And with Election Day arriving tomorrow, Americans have something worth celebrating: Trump’s political tantrums don’t automatically become law just because he stamps the presidential seal on them.
For once, the Orange Emperor went looking for a judicial lifeline and got a great big middle finger from the legal system instead.
Democracy 1. Trump’s election interference circus 0.
🚨 This article is public, so share it liberally before heading to the polls tomorrow! Remind everyone that Trump’s election dirty tricks aren’t invincible, the courts aren’t his personal playground, and the best way to humiliate his Republican accomplices is at the ballot box!

Welp, even the KKK in robes see the writing on the wall. Trump’s on his way out and they’re going to try to convince us that they weren’t REALLY trying to turn the US into a white supremacy nation. Tik tok, Roberts -
Thank you, Jesus!!!
