Thank god it’s looking like they’ve failed. Now they’re going to play “nice” on their decisions in the hopes that we won’t expand the Court or enforce retirement rules to dilute their power. I honestly do not know how Brown Jackson, Kagan, and Sotomayor have been able to work with them and keep their sanity.
