Trumpism will vanish just as soon as the billionaires realise that it is bad for business. Figure that about one third of Americans voted for Trump - probably about half of these are your actual rusted on MAGGOTS. That leaves your average billionaire with a solid market of one sixth of Americans whilst the other five sixths will come to despise Trump, the misery he has inflicted upon them and the billionaires who have enabled and funded him.

It is already happening to Musk.

- U.S. IQ scores rose slightly to 98.2 in 2024; no freefall, despite claims (APA, March 10, 2025).

- Trump voters include 42% college-educated; support spans IQ levels, not just low (Pew Research, April 15, 2025).

- Trumpism tied to distrust in media, not IQ; 68% of voters cite bias (Gallup, April 20, 2025).

- Supporters vary: 30% are moderates, 25% independents, showing diverse reasoning, not blind loyalty (CNN, April 25, 2025).

- Economic woes, not IQ, drive Trump’s appeal; 55% cite inflation as key issue (NY Times, May 1, 2025).

I agree. MAGA is all about fear. Trump has tapped into it and churned it into hatred and scorn for anyone/anything “other”. Tribalism at its most base. I don’t know if those so steeped in this ugliness can ever really come back. It has exposed the sordid, gullible nature of these miscreants.
